Q: How do I place an order with Trako Dental?

A: Orders can be placed simply by calling our customer service number at 847-752-8193, fax at 847-201-2626, or by e-mailing Trako Dental at orders@trakodental.com

Q: What information do I need to place an order?

A: When placing your order, Trako Dental will need the name of the facility along with a Dr.’s name, address, telephone number, a PO number if available, and the name of the person placing the order.

Q: How do I know what my pricing structure will be?

A: Simply send Trako Dental a list of the items and a quote will be sent back to you based on the quantity.

Q: How quickly will I receive my order?

A:: Most orders are received within two business days after placing the order.

Q: What if I don’t have an item number for the product?

A: In most cases a description of the product is sufficient.

Q: What if Trako Dental does not stock the item I ordered?

A: Trako Dental will special order products, however, they are non-returnable and the delivery time will take longer.

Q: What are Trako Dental’s payment terms?

A: 30 days from the date on the invoice.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: There is no minimum order.
